《具身认知还是神经活动:语料库驱动的现代汉语通感形容词研究》基于语料库驱动的研究范式,对现代汉语中的通感形容词进行了系统地考察。研究发现,现代汉语中的通感也遵循映射方向性规律,即一般从身体体验性较强的感觉映射到身体体验性较弱的感觉,与西方学者对印欧语系语言、希伯来语以及印尼语的通感研究结果一致。然而,现代汉语通感的映射方向性仅仅是基于概率的倾向,而非绝对规律。因而,现代汉语通感的映射方向性规律并不能完全通过具身认知的身体体验性理论(embodiment)来解释。本研究将现代汉语与英语的通感进行比较,发现两者的映射方向性规律并不完全相同,因而也不支持通感属于脑神经联结的实现,具有跨语言普遍映射模型的假说。
